Subject	Eastwood Fender Roller ???

Message	Hi guys. I have a question for those of you that have used and rolled your fenders with the Eastwood Fender Roller. It was my understanding that you were actually folding back front facing surface area in order to make a taller/bigger overall wheel well... but when I took my car to a local guy to do the fender rolling he told me all the Eastwood does is fold up the lip that is already inside the wheel well and that it does not roll or fold up exterior facing surface area into the wheel well. Can someone shed some light onto this for me? Which is it? My gut feeling tells me the answer is "both" but enlarge the wheel well at your own risk to paint and body.
